Mission Statement
At Harmony Play Therapy, we believe every child deserves a space where they feel safe, valued, and understood. We believe play is the natural language of children and the pathway to healing and growth.

-
Our mission: To nurture children’s emotional growth and resilience through the healing power of play.

-
What we offer: A safe, nurturing space where children can explore their feelings, express themselves freely, discover their strengths, grow emotionally, and build resilience.

-
Our approach: We work alongside families with warmth, respect, and trust, equipping parents with the tools to support their child at home, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way.

-
Why play matters: Play is the natural language of children. Through play, they can heal, grow, and build lifelong skills.

-
Our hope: To empower children to take charge of their own journey, while giving families tools to encourage connection, confidence, and harmony at home.
Fiona is a Play Therapist with a passion for working with children and families. With her warm, down-to-earth approach, she meets each child where they are—emotionally, developmentally, and creatively.
Fiona says: “My practice has a focus on Child Centered Play Therapy because I believe deeply in the healing that happens when children are free to express themselves in their own way and at their own pace. Whether you're just starting to explore therapy or you've been on this path a while, I’m here to walk alongside you and your child every step of the way.”
In addition to being a Masters qualified and registered Child Play Therapist, Fiona holds a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood and has worked as a Kindergarten Director, and the Child Development Officer at a welfare agency working with families seeking support.
She has focused experience in supporting neurodiverse children and loves to see the power of Play Therapy supporting and empowering families.
