We believe in the power of play to promote healing and growth in children and families.

Play Therapy
Play Therapy is particularly appropriate for children as play is a child's natural way to express feelings, explore challenges, and discover strengths. Sessions are child‑led, giving them freedom to move, create, and take the lead, which makes therapy enjoyable and something they look forward to. With the therapist’s support, the playroom becomes a safe, trusting space where children can explore without pressure or judgment. The supportive relationship with the therapist helps children process feelings they may not yet have words for, while building resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills. Families often notice their child becoming more relaxed, confident, and connected, as Play Therapy supports meaningful change and honours every child’s capacity to grow, heal, and thrive.
Learn to Play
Learn To Play Therapy helps children develop imaginative play skills (sometimes called pretend or make‑believe play). Through this kind of play, children naturally practice important skills such as interacting with others, solving problems, and building confidence. Each session is tailored to your child, meeting them right where they are and gently guiding them toward the next steps in their play journey. Along the way, the Learn to Play approach supports language development, social awareness, emotional regulation, and learning how to play alongside others. Over time, children become more confident, capable, and independent—not only in their play, but in everyday life too.
Filial Therapy
Filial Therapy, (or Parent & Child Therapy), is a supportive approach that supports families in strengthening their family relationship. Parents work alongside a play therapist to learn simple, effective skills that make play a powerful way to connect with their child. With guidance and practice, parents begin special playtimes at home where children can freely express themselves and parents discover new ways to listen and respond. These child focused playtimes nurture stronger communication, deeper understanding, and healthier bonds across the family. Over time, families grow together with greater trust, resilience, and confidence that lasts well beyond the therapy sessions.
